OUR STORY

East Java is home to rich soil and thriving fields of organic purple uwi (ube). For years, farmers have cultivated ube naturally—without pesticides and with deep respect for the land. Yet despite its quality, this crop often remains underutilized due to limited demand and lack of processing support.

Ube Java was founded to unlock this potential. We partner directly with local farmers, offering training in organic farming practices and ensuring they receive fair compensation. Through these collaborations, we help reduce waste, stabilize income, and give every harvest the value it deserves.

We transform East Java’s organic ube into premium powder and extract that meet international quality standards. Each product reflects sustainability, community empowerment, and the authentic flavor of Indonesia’s soil—bringing the color and taste of ube to tables around the world.
